RONTLINE SERVICE : ACTIONS ON BUILDING – RELATED COMPLAINTS 

ABOUT THE SERVICE            

The Office of the municipal Engineer acts citizen’s complaints about violation in any building construction, renovation, repair, demolition, etc.

REQUIRMENTS  : Letter complaint

Service Schedule : Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm)

*Receive and records letter- complaint
*Prioritize routing  to Building Official

*Inspect subject building or structure for any violation *If there are violation, prepare and issue the notice of Illegal Construction or Notice of violation copy furnished the complainant
